nice weight loss! big difference, i started to lose weight too i used to be 220 dropped to 195 then went back up to 240 now im at 205, and stable! Going to 170 by the summer XD!

I watch your videos and I think “Oh that’s the transformation that I want for myself” You’re not only thin, you’re also fit which I like. But I keep saying to myself “tomorrow is the day” but then tomorrow never comes! I’m just too lazy.

@LAURAmustLOSEWEIGHT That’s amazing! I’m trying to be like you girl! seriously! We both are the same height and you and I started at the same weight. I am now 180lbs (sadly, this is after I got down to 154 pounds and then sadly it crept back up). so now I”m trying to get back on track and I figured doing a half marathon would help. So we shall see. But you are such an inspiration. I watch ur vids like daily to get my inspiration. Sometimes, it’s tough.
@Candisias fabulous! finished 4:45..my splits in the beginning were slow bc of all the people and trying to pace, but I felt goooood! SO HAPPY once i crossed the finish line..ran the entire thing!

How did u get soo tone? you look so great. i just lost 65 pounds but cant seem to get tone cause my body is so use to my regular workouts. If u can please private message me here with some advise I’d really appreciate that

Great job! How you like Insanity? I just started P90X2. So far in my weight loss journey I have lost 27lbs. I started back in June of 2010. I lost alot of fat, now I working on toning.

so how long would you say it took for you to lose all the weight in total?
This really is inspiration to me! I’ve been trying to lose weight for a while now, but I just can’t stay motivated. I had a gym membership for over a year and went three to four times a week but still couldn’t get the weight off. I’m 5’6″ and around 190lbs. Around your size when you started this. At my lightest I was 160lbs and not that upset with my weight but I’d gained all the weight back and can’t get rid of it again. Any tips on how to stay motivated and push through?
perfect! u look amazing i was 184lbs almost 185 last year and now i am 128lbs. ppl need to stop making excuses;get up and be active….my advice is lots of water 8 or more glasses a day, diet snapples, cut out sugars completely(eat a date or some kinda fruit) it’ll make up for the sugar rush.if u have to eat meats eat it with veggies instead of rice/flour. exercise at least 3times a week…..hit the gym/ hit ya floor do some squats,sit ups, jumping jacks.walk arnd the block for 30mins. good luck
