Works like a dream,
I love this stuff. I have tried numerous products over the years to address my “sluggish system.” I have never found anything that works as well as this. I don’t see it as a weight loss product. It keeps me regular like clock-work. I use a generous well-rounded tablespoon 3 times a day, and I am “going” regularly. First time in my life!!! I highly recommend this product.

Good product. Nice price. Very little taste. It’s a no-frills type of fiber, but if you need some help to get regular, it works well.
