Although it doesn't lather, its still cleaning. and you can get it in bulk. and then always follow up with an oil free moisturizer...becuase even though it seems like that would make it worse....it will balance out the dryness and the acne will clear up. Wow, if you think that you’re regular now, you really have no idea what regular is until you try this stuff. Once I began taking this stuff, I was able to produce 3-4 bowel movements per day. The best thing is that they came out easy and without none of the pain I was used to. It was almost a religious experience to it. After taking this stuff I feel so much better. I used to get horrible body odor no matter how well I would shower and my skin would always break out in hives.
